One system. One workflow. One mission: Help pastors reach more people with less effort.
Hi, I’m Charles—the founder of MyChurchAutomation. I grew up in church ministry. My dad pastored in the Philippines before our family moved to the U.S. in 2007 when a church needed a new senior pastor. Being raised in ministry, I saw something many people never see: Pastors are expected to do everything.
Pastors are expected to cast the vision, follow up with guests, lead teams, maintain communication, manage operations, and build systems. Most of the time, pastors are doing it alone.
One day I asked my dad what his biggest struggle was. His answer stuck with me:
“People rely on the pastor to cast the vision… and also to do the vision.”
Large churches have staff. Smaller churches run fully on volunteers. That load is heavy.
Over the years, I became a worship leader, musician, videographer, and eventually learned automation to help solve real ministry problems. That’s when the idea for MyChurchAutomation was born.
What if we could automate the follow-up, the reminders, the outreach, the volunteers… so pastors could breathe again?
MyChurchAutomation exists to bridge the gap between vision and manpower.
Most churches struggle because their tools are disconnected—one app for giving, one for communication, one for follow-up, one for volunteer management. We believe ministry workflows should be unified.
Our mission is simple: Build one powerful, ministry-focused system that brings everything together and helps churches stay connected all week long.
As Jesus said in Matthew 28:19, “Go and make disciples.” If technology can help the church do that better, we want to be part of it.
MyChurchAutomation is built especially for small to medium-sized churches—ministries carrying big vision without big budgets or full-time staff.
Whether you’re a team of 2 or a team of 20, our tools help your church move forward with clarity.
Bring forms, follow‑up, texting, email, and tasks into one rhythm so nothing falls through the cracks.
Every first‑time guest, prayer request, and next step receives the right touch at the right time—automatically.
See what’s working with simple dashboards that highlight discipleship momentum, not vanity metrics.
Equip volunteers and leaders with repeatable workflows so your church can care for more people with less friction.
Free pastors from admin overload to focus on people, prayer, and preaching
Safeguard member data with sensible permissions and best‑practice security that respects your congregation
The outcome we’re after is simple: a church that feels more present, more caring, and less overwhelmed—because the details are quietly handled.

"We believe technology should never replace ministry—it should support it. Automation should remove stress, not add to it. Systems should create clarity, not confusion. And pastors should feel empowered, not exhausted. If MyChurchAutomation helps your church reach more people, follow up consistently, and disciple more effectively—then we’ve fulfilled our mission."
